Coventry Park is a 106-acre parcel located in the growing Parrish area of North Manatee County that has been approved for 256 single family residences. The property was formerly known as the Woodlands Golf Course and, as might be surmised, is characterized by grand oaks and forested wetlands. The proposed community nestles within the former tree-lined fairways and no homes back up to one another. Wetland areas have already been protected by Conservation Easements. Designed and approved as a gated community, other amenities include pool and clubhouse/fitness center, walking/hiking trail and pet parks.
Additional land planning is now underway and the property is being marketed to a number of national builders.

Positano on the Gulf
BSG Properties Group partnered with two other development companies, Corvus International, headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, MI and The Devlin Group out of Jacksonville, FL. Together we formed Positano, LLC, and in December of 2003 bought and closed on the former Holiday Inn site on Longboat Key, FL. This fabulous 10 acre parcel with 750 feet of Gulf frontage was developed into 29 luxury condominium estates. The average sale price was approximately $3,050,000 for each of the 3,200 +/- square foot condominiums.
In 1995 our company purchased 4,500 acres of land in eastern Manatee County. We developed and commenced selling in 1996 with six phases consisting of deed restricted multi acreage homesites and in 1999 commenced selling the final five phases which consisted of 257 one-acre estate lots on 850 acres. We worked with Manatee County to create a new zoning category Planned Development Agricultural (PDA) which allowed for open space and preserves. In total, the sellout of the project was in excess of $70,000,000.
In 2003 we closed and sold our final phase of the Panther Ridge community, zoned for 255 one and one-half acre estate homesites and an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, in conjunction with Tony Jacklin, called The Concession, which opened to members in January 2006.
Perico Bay Club
Perico Bay Club is a highly successful community developed on Sarasota Bay on the SR64 Causeway to Anna Maria. This 700 unit community consists of patio homes and two story condominiums inside a gated entry. It received beautification awards from several civic associations.
Wildewood Springs consists of almost 1000 condominiums in several phases on Cortez Road in west Bradenton. Built in the late 70’s, it was the fastest selling condominium community in the area’s history.
Wild Oak Bay
Wild Oak Bay is on Sarasota Bay at El Conquistador Country Club and its several hundred homes vary between patio homes and two-five story condominiums.
Valencia is a community of two story condominiums nestled on the El Conquistador Country Club golf course.
Tanglewood was the area's first zero-lot line/patio home community using California architecture and innovative land planning.
The Oaks on 59th Street north of HCA/Blake Hospital, followed Tanglewood with brick elevations and cedar shake roofs and patio home landplaning.
